Course Overview

In order for aircraft tires to deliver exceptional performance under demanding conditions, the tires must be properly cared for and maintained following some universally accepted practices. This course is designed to help you learn the basics of aircraft tires and tire care. The goal of this course is to provide you with a greater understanding of tire construction and care and service while helping you to develop a greater recognition of tire design, serviceability and quality characteristics. Estimated time required by the student to complete the course, including any end-of-course exam is 60 minutes.
