Prerequisite activity - A110520-02, Commercial Pilot Ground School - 141 must be completed before giving credit for this activity.  Satisfactory completion of a practical test for the initial issuance of a Commercial Pilot Certificate within the last 2 years meets the requirements for the Advanced Level of WINGS and the requirements for the Basic Level of WINGS. 

This activity is used in lieu of activity A071102-01, Initial Certification - Commercial Pilot when credit for A110520-02, Commercial Pilot Ground School - 141 has been given.
