Description:

More than three out of four aviaiton accidents are the result of human error.  In this seminar we will review three recent flight training accidents which occured in the Phoenix area and discuss the circumstances leading up to the mishap and the mindset of the pilots involved.  Afterwards, we will discuss how we could easily find ourselves in their place and how we can learn from other pilots' experiences.
