Description:

After a brief Audio/Video presentation we ask "What Would You Do"? Everyone is encouraged to join in the discussion. Videos depicting actual flights that encountered challenges are chosen from a library provided by EAA and the presenter. In the ensuing discussion, often there's agreement on the steps to take, but that's not necessarily the goal - the value is in performing the mental exercise and developing an answer that's right for you.

Sometimes we argue it out - respectfully - and modify our plan of attack. The benefit is to think it through without the pressure of flying the plane. Pilots of all skill levels are encouraged to attend. Click the link below for more information and to register.

We have two scenarios for May. The first scenario reviews options after you smell smoke in the cockpit and the autopilot breaker has tripped. What's your method for handling a popped circuit breaker? The second scenario is timely because we're getting into the foggy time of year. Let's review visual and contact approaches.
