Brief Description:
It will cover the proposed establishment of new SUA's in the area as well as temporary SUA's to support the Marine Corps training mission. This briefing will discuss the military aviation mission in the area, the different types of special use airspace and the safest way to fly in the vicinity of military training. It will define what a CFA is and why the Marine Corps has established one west of R-2501. It will also cover the proposed establishment of new SUA’s west of R-2501. It will provide the pilot with information regarding types of military training conducted in each type of SUA’s in the area.
