Guest speakers from Helicopter Safety Alliance (HSA), Helicopters Inc.,FAASTeam, FAA and others will discuss the statistics and present mitigation strategies applicable to 14 CFR Part 91 and Part 135 helicopter operators and flight schools.  In breakout sessions in the afternoon, Bill Hopper will talk about the Human Factors that affect Maintenance Technicians.  Guest speakers will discuss the reasons and present best practices to prevent and protect yourself in everyday operations and in the training environment.
