Title:
Teaching Challenging Helicopter Maneuvers - Autorotations
Topic:
How to stay safe and correctly teach autorotations.
Brief Description:
An autorotation in a helicopter can be a challenging manuever. Done correctly, it can result in no damage to the helicopter or injury to the occupants. Done incorrectly, it can result in a tragedy. We will discuss the variables that need to be considered during an autorotation, how to always be mentally prepared for the possibility, and how to teach and perform an autorotation safely and successfully.
Come learn from our speaker, Mike Rhodes, a helicopter CFI and Designated Pilot Examiner.
