About ADS-B

Aircraft must have Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B) capability in certain U.S. airspace after December 2019.

The regulatory requirement for aircraft operators to install and use ADS-B Out equipment after December 2019 has generated angst and confusion among pilots and maintenance technicians – with good reason. Simple issues seem to get lost in a vast universe of technical details, and some early assumptions may no longer be valid in the face of rapidly changing technology.

The objective of this seminar is to help pilots, aircraft operators, and aviation maintenance technicians understand: (a) the situations in which the ADS-B mandate applies; (b) how ADS-B works from an operational perspective; and (c) some of the ADS-B options currently available in this rapidly changing market.  At the conclusion of the seminar, participants should have a better understanding of how ADS-B works, whether they can defer installing ADS-B equipment in their airplane, and factors to consider when choosing ADS-B equipment.

Don't miss out on this valuable opportunity to get current with ADS-B. Register for this seminar today!
