We have a variety of speakers and topics for you. Please feel welcome to attend any single talk or stay for the whole day (lunch is served). Syracuse Safety Stand Down is a long-time tradition (we missed last year due to the KSYR terminal construction). Please grab a flying buddy and join us Saturday, March 9th.

David St. George will discuss "What You *Thought* You Knew About Flying" SYR-ATC specialist Sandy Gregiore will talk about "Syracuse ATC Procedures" (and answer all your questions). DPE Rob Belisario will talk about "Risk Management and Aeronautical Decision Making" from the pilot examiner viewpoint. Aerobatic pilot Dan Williams will discuss exciting things to do with your pilot certificate "Life After Pilot Certification" CFI Jim Spaller will recommend safer practices and procedures from his long career teaching. We hope to have a few surprise presenters and there will also be give-aways. We will update this information on http://cnyaviationsafety.com/ (Past Syracuse Stand Down presentations archived here also)
