Brief Description:
The Runway Safety Action Team (RSAT) at Fort Smith Regional Airport is holding a surface safety meeting for individuals and organizations involved with air traffic operations and movement of aircraft, vehicles or equipment in the Airport Operations Area (AOA) at Fort Smith Regional Airport (FSM). All major airport interests, to include airport tenants, fixed base operators, and airport operations/maintenance personnel are encouraged to attend. Recommendations and solutions from participants help enhance surface safety and contribute to Fort Smith's site-specific Runway Safety Action Plan.
After the RSAT meeting, ATC members from Fort Smith Tower and Razorback Approach will conduct a Pilot/Controller forum. Bring your questions and concerns as you meet the people on the other end of the microphone.
