Three hour review of safety in glider operations both for the North Plains glider port and at other airports in the area. Review of airspace and IFR operations at Hillsboro airport and how those operations affect the glider flights in the area. Radio communications for glider pilots. Operational details in ground operations and runway usage at North Plains.
