Brief Description:

You have probably heard about how sporty and challenging it is to fly tailwheel aircraft. Flying tail wheel airplanes can be fun and exciting, but there are differences when compared to tricycle gear airplane operations. Whether you have 0 or 2,000 hours of tail wheel time, attending this briefing will increase your awareness level of tail wheel safety...and fun!

Speakers will discuss all aspects of tail wheel operations including, tail wheel dynamics, taxi, takeoffs, landings, slips, go-arounds, crosswinds and review the art of flying a tail wheel airplane safely. This safety seminar specifically designed to develop or refresh your tailwheel flying skills. Attend this informative briefing on tail wheel operations and learn best practices and techniques for operating safely!  After this session, you should be able to plot a path for yourself to add a tailwheel endorsement in your logbook, and discover the joys of these aircraft.
