Brief Description:
The importance of safety culture in general aviation cannot be over-emphasized. In order to promote safety in our communities, it is necessary to build a climate and culture that encourages open communication and learning The requirement for Safety culture training is incorporated into the FAA Safety Management Systems policy. Using a model known as the Safety Culture Pyramid, this presentation will teach general aviation operators how to improve and promote the culture within their organizations and the FBO's.
