Nathan (Nate) Kurth
Brief Description:

Nathan Kurth’s love for aviation started as a kid watching A-10s near his home and continued over the years by attending air shows and building model airplanes. He has been flying for 15+ years and has logged more than 1,600 hours of flight time. Nathan has a degree in Aerospace Science and holds commercial, multi-engine, instrument and single-engine land ratings. Over the course of his 10-year Jeppesen career, Nathan’s roles have included FAR/AIM, ARINC, 424 coding and Department of Defense terminal procedures. This session will help you understand the demands of flying near, over, and around mountainous and high terrain and the challenges doing so at high altitude.
