FLY-IN Arrival: Park on the ramp west of the tower.  Walk through the old terminal building and 1/4 mile  east along Rutter Avenue to Moody Aviation. Call ahead for limited aircraft parking on the Moody Aviation ramp. DRIVING: Take exit 286 from I-90.  Turn north on Park Street, left on Rutter Ave.  Moody Aviation will be on the right.  Please DO NOT park on the railroad side of Rutter Ave!

This seminar consists of two sessions of 2 - 2 1/2 hours each.  The first session will present a broad overview of the significant cultural and structure shifts occurringn in our global society, and how those changes affect organizations and industries.  The second session will address the unique traits of Milleninial and Generation Z cohorts.  It will present information on learning, communication, and relatioships, as well as strategies for navigating these differences.  This seminar is generously provided by Moody Aviation and Mission Safety International (MSI). Our speaker is Dr. Jolene Erlacher, Ed.D.  Dr. Erlacher is a speaker, trainer, and consultant on intergenerational leadership and ministry.  She is also an adjunct professor.  1 FAA Wings BK3 credit for participating in either session, for a maximum of one credit for the seminar..
