Inspector Robert ("Bob") Jex is a resident of Orlando and has served the flight training industry in central Florida since 1997.  He is a retired naval flight officer with many hours in EA-6B "Prowler" and EP-3J electronic warfare aircraft.  He holds ATP, gold seal CFI, ground instructor and dispatcher certificates.  He presently works as a Principal Operations Inspector in the airmen certification unit of the Orlando Flight Standards District Office, and is a frequent speaker at FAASTeam seminars.
