Fun fact, all UAS flights fall under CFR Part 107, unless we follow all of the exceptions listed in 49 USC 44809. We'll explain all of the 9 rules under 44809 and also cover some of the basic 107 rules that might be confusing. We'll also provide some clear definitions to help determine when flying is just for fun, or for a commercial purpose.
