This Seminar:

The AOPA Foundation's donor-supported high school program is relevant to administrators, teachers, parents and students with an interest in aviation.  The program is currently used in more than 600 high schools and has been available to 35,000 students in 50 states, Guam and the US Virgin Islands

This seminar introduces the program, including 9-12th grade pilot and UAS curricula, teacher training workshops, the annual symposium, scholarships opportunities for students and teachers, and how to establish a safe high school flying club.

If you intend to land on Clear Lake, please conform to the requirements found at this link, especially the need for Aquatic Invasive Training and the on-site inspection. 

If you are planning on landing at Lampson Field (1O2), please use transient parking adjacent to Red’s Skyroom Restaurant and the pilot lounge.  Shuttles are available to/from Lakeport.

Also, as PIC, please conform to FAR 91.103 (know all there is to know) and obtain a comprehensive pre-flight briefing, including NOTAMs and TFRs.
