We will discuss operational and personal safety cultures and how it associates with flight risks and accident outcomes. Join the Boston FPM who is also a Senior Aviation Accident Investigator and Flight Instructor, who will discuss what to do when you find yourself in an accident and answer pressing questions like:

  • Who do you call?
  • What does the emergency response look like
  • What actually happens in an accident investigation?
  • What does the aftermath for the pilot look like?

At the end of the webinar, the floor will be opened for audience questions.
