This is designed for aircraft owners, aircraft operators, maintenance personnel, and industry professionals, we will examine legal and regulatory issues regarding preventive maintenance, aircraft maintenance, aircraft pre-flight inspection, airworthiness, return to service, and maintenance records.  The program will include everyday practical maintenance scenarios, a review of the 31 enumerated preventive maintenance paragraphs of CFAR 43, Appendix A (c); NTSB legal cases, FAA Chief Counsel's office maintenance opinions, and  FAA maintenance Advisory Circulars.
