Brief Description:

Annual safety meeting for soaring.  We will discuss safety procedures, glider tow launches, parachute usage, and local safety protocols to include the following topic:

  • Ground Maneuvering and Glider Handling
  • Pre-flight Takeoff and Tow
  • Traffic Pattern and Landing/Rollout
  • Personal Minimums
  • Risk Management

This event will be 1.5 hours.
