Brief Description:
Believing that safety and proficiency are developed through education and experience. Monthly meetings use real world scenarios to engage our members and allow them to share and build their experience.
For the March meeting, we will discuss an actual IMC Club scenario. It involves a IFR flight in a personally owned Piper PA-32 Cherokee Six that gets a avionics induced GPS terrain warning while, being radar vectored on an approach. Join us with your “Electronic Flight Bag” if you have one (ForeFlight, Garmin Pilot, WingX, Go Flight, etc.) loaded with charts for the area to aid in the discussion of the pilots options.
You do not need to be a member or instrument rated to attend.
