Brief Description:

Organized “Hangar Flying” and Focused Practice with regard to Building and Maintaining Aircraft

Focused, practical discussions geared toward building proficiency and practical knowledge with building and maintaining safe home-built aircraft.  Our meetings allow a free exchange of information that improves safety, awareness, and skills in building and maintaining aircraft.  Two active build projects are located near the meeting room and available for a hands-on experience.  Visitors and guests are welcome.

Drive to the rear, southwest corner of the building.  Look for the orange "Industrial Lane" banner over the door next to Docks 3 & 4.  Enter at the top of the stairs.  Follow hallway to the right - the conference room is about 75 feet to the right.  Call or text James Wood if you have difficulty finding the room.

Building your own aircraft can be a most rewarding experience. EAA Mile High Chapter 43 Builders Club will take participants through the select building processes, including the relevant FAA rules, and some of the common misconceptions involved in building your own aircraft.
