Mr. Ron Mayer, will discuss best practices to enhance operational safety through enhanced cross country planning, conducting effective pilot/passenger briefings and accurately documenting your flight.

Teaching Points:

  • Cross country flight planning.
  • Checklist usage, custom versus off-the shelf.
  • Effective use of the PAVE and passenger briefings.
  • Digital checklists and logbooks, making the transition.
