Brief Description:
Chances are that if you receive a letter from an attorney in the Aviation Litigation Division, it will be to take action against your airman or airman medical certificate. There is also the possibility of receiving a letter proposing a civil penalty. This presentation will cover the most common scenarios associated with correspondence an airman would receive from an attorney in the Aviation Litigation Division.
