Brief Description:

Ned Parks will cover best practices for single pilot IFR utilizing his IFR manifesto which serves as a foundation for his IFR personal minimums. Additionally, a cross country flight planning exercise will be conducted setting you up for a successful flight while conducting operations under IFR or VFR.
