Brief Description:

Numerous accidents involving fixed wing aircraft as a result of helicopter wake turbulence have occurred. Helicopters create their own downwash and turbulence and which can be as dangerous as wake turbulence from large fixed wing aircraft. This session will explore the impact of helicopter wake turbulence on fixed wing aircraft.
