Brief Description:

Mr. Scott Chesnut will discuss the many different scenarios of Controlled Flight Into Terrain (CFIT) and  how to avoid  them.

Mr. Chesnut is a FAA Safety Team Representative and a retied Colonel in the U.S.A.F where he held  several senior command positions. He has flown military aircraft, corporate aircraft as well as general aviation aircraft and has over 8000 hours. He holds a Masters Degree in Aviation Business.

From the South: Take I-35 North to Gainesville. Exit for merge onto US 82 East via exit 498. Travel US 82 toward Whitesboro. Take exit  624 to US 377 in Whitesboro. Proceed North on US 377 to Cedar Mills Road. Take a right on Cedar Mills Road and follow the signs to Cedar Mills Marina. Seminars will be held in the Marina Lodge.
