Nick and Jenny Kanakis speak on Aeronautical Decision Making (ADM) as they grew from single engine civilian flying to military aviation and then on to the airlines. Nick Kanakis is a CFI, former Army UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot and current Air Force pilot flying the KC-135 Stratotanker as well as multiple vintage warbirds. Jenny Kanakis is a CFI and pilot of the Air Force C-130 Super Hercules; she is an airline pilot and warbird operator as well.
Together, they will discuss how ADM is best acknowledged as a methodology which permeates every facet of flight operations from career decisions to in-flight emergencies.
