In this 2023 FAA legal update series, which is designed for aircraft owners, aircraft operators, maintenance personnel, and Industry professionals, we will examine legal and regulatory issues regarding preventive maintenance, aircraft maintenance, aircraft preflight inspection, airworthiness, return to service, and maintenance records.
