Brief Description:
The WINGS Pilot Proficiency Program is based on the premise that pilots who maintain currency and proficiency in the basics of flight will enjoy a safer and more stress-free flying experience. The Program consists of three Levels Basic, Advanced, and Master; each Level requires an increased level of proficiency. All pilots holding a U.S. pilot certificate may participate in the WINGS Program.
The presentation will describe the procedure to attain compliance with the WINGS Program
Prior to attending a safety seminar please review and abide by current CDC, State and Local Health guidelines. If the local government places this location in the RED for community risk, this event will be postponed. Emails will go out!

The EAA Chapter 240 Hangar is located at New Garden Airport, Toughkenamon, Pennsylvania 19374. Upon entering the airport grounds, follow signs for the EAA Hangar which will be on your right adjacent to the airport main facility, at the top of the hill.
Please Note that this is listed as a FLY-In Event, but a VIP-TFR may be in effect on the day of the event. If a VIP-TFR is in effect on October 3, 2022, aircraft will not be able to fly into or out of N57, or in the vicinity of N57 that day, but the event will still be held.
