Brief Description:

The first of two seminars, this seminar will focus on how technological advances in situational awareness have dramatically reduced the number of General Aviation Controlled Flight Into Terrain (CFIT) accidents over the past 20 years. Nevertheless, CFIT accidents continue to occur and at least half of them are fatal.  We will review CFIT causes and avoidance strategies.

This seminar will be followed by a seminar on Uncertified Air Charter.  Please register for that event as well.
