You probably think it will never happen to you, but if you experience a deviation you may face FAA action, and far more importantly, you are at risk of colliding with another aircraft. In this program we’ll cover:

·       Different types of pilot deviations

·       The speaker’s personal experience with an altitude deviation causing loss of separation 

·       FAA regulations governing pilot deviations

·       Remedies available to the FAA 

·       The pilot’s rights when notified of a possible deviation

·       Techniques for avoiding pilot deviations
