Paul Prim is a CFI and CFII based in Savannah, Georgia, with over 1,000 hours of flight experience and a lifelong connection to aviation. A graduate of Auburn University’s Aviation Management program, Paul discovered early that the aviation community is unlike any other and that its people deserve the same level of care they put into their flying. As a leader of Auburn Aviation Peer Support, he witnessed firsthand how meaningful it is for instructors to have a safe space to be heard. Today, he combines his passion for flight instruction and mental wellness as the founder of The CFI Collective, working to ensure that no flight instructor has to navigate the job's challenges alone.

Brian Wynne is a seasoned association leader who has participated in numerous FAA Aviation Rulemaking Committees as well as the Administrator’s Management Advisory Council. He recently completed a nine-year tenure as President and CEO of the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI), where he collaborated extensively with other aviation associations and testified before Congress more than 10 times. Wynne is an instrument-rated commercial pilot with over 30 years of GA flying. He is an IGI and is in line for a CFII checkride. Wynne is the proud owner of a Socata Trinidad and loves to fly missions for Mercy Medical Angels. He lives in the Washington, D.C. area.

NAFI is the National Association of Flight Instructors and is the largest association dedicated exclusively to flight instruction. NAFI’s vision is ‘Safer pilots through flight instruction excellence.’ NAFI’s mission throughout its 59-year history is to promote flight instruction excellence with education, mentorship, and advocacy. This is accomplished by providing instructors with tools and resources that help them deliver the best professional training and service possible. Anyone may join NAFI to take advantage of the many educational and flight tools, products, and discounts available. www.nafimentor.org. Contact nafi@nafimentor.org 866-806-6156.
