Join experienced FAA Designated Pilot Examiner, active CFI, and aviation author Jason Blair for this insightful presentation exploring  primacy—Primacy in training builds base skills. But we need to build those skills so we have correct responses during flight operations.

Teaching points:

- The critical nature of primacy in training for emergency management
- How to ensure training is being done properly in initial stages for future skill dependence
- Using structured realistic training techniques and personalized content to create strong primacy for emergency

Takeaway: Learn why what you train is what you'll do when it matters most.
