Fuel mismanagement and CFIT have contributed to several recent accidents within the Springfield FSDO service area. We will go through case studies on a few of those accidents and some of the lessons we can learn from them. We will also discuss some available resources and safety practices you can utilize in order to reduce your chances of falling victim to these types of accidents.
