Modern aviation relies on an increasingly sophisticated partnership between pilots and technology. Yet despite advances in automation, human performance remains one of the most significant factors influencing aviation safety. This presentation examines how decision-making, situational awareness, communication, workload, fatigue, and human-machine interaction affect operational outcomes. Through the review of aviation data, case studies, and lessons learned, participants will gain insight into the human factors that influence pilot performance and explore practical strategies for reducing error, enhancing safety, and improving operational effectiveness.

Take I95 to Exit 48A Towards Boca Raton Airport. turn onto NW 8th Ave then turn right onto NW 35th St. You will go through a big paved area with no street marking, just follow the paved parking area towards the Boca Raton Airport Authority building. Find parking in front of the building. If no parking is available go back to the paved area and turn left onto Palm Beach Ave, which is left of the Boca Raton Airport Authority Building. Follow the road to additional parking on the left side of the building.
