Brief Description:
Do You understand the aerodynamics behind a Stall?
Inadvertent stalls remain a leading contributor to fatal aviation accidents. Unfortunately, real world inadvertent stalls present in ways that look vastly different than the stalls we practice for FAA checkrides. In this talk, FAA CFI and upset recovery training specialist Brian Sagi will deepen our knowledge of aerodynamic stalls, what they really are, and what causes them. We will also learn how to recognize when we are approaching a stall and how to protect ourselves from inadvertent stalls.
