Retired NTSB investigator Ed Malinowski will cover core pillars of maintenance such as personnel, technical data, housing/facilities, tools, and materials. He will also cover inspections, repairs, log book entries, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.  Additional discussion will highlight how adherence to manufacturer manuals and safety standards is critical to avoiding structural failures and ensuring airworthiness.
