Brief Description:
1. Improve knowledge of aeromedical certification processes
2. Review appropriate preparation for an upcoming flight physical
3. Recognize common medical situation requiring Special Issuance Authorization such as obstructive sleep
apnea, prostate cancer, and cardiac-related conditions
4. Review common acronyms encountered during flight physicals (e.g. SODA, AME, CACI, AASI, etc.)
5. Understand the importance of good documentation and how the FAA approach aeromedical cases
