Participants will learn how to properly brief passengers, demonstrate correct brace positions, and understand the critical actions that should occur immediately following an impact. Special attention will be given to onboard fire emergencies, including one of the most serious threats to cabin safety—lithium battery fires—and how pilots can recognize and respond to these hazards quickly and effectively.

A brief CPR overview with hands-on drills will also introduce attendees to basic life-saving techniques that can be applied in emergency situations.
