Brief Description:
The EAA IMC Club organized around instrument flight, in order to promote safety, education, and proficiency.
Each month, the club provides a "hangar flying" experience by exploring an instrument flight-related question and a scenario presentation followed by a group discussion. The goal is to enhance knowledge of instrument flight, aeronautical decision-making, and in-flight awareness.
This month's scenario and discussion will focus on: Guided Visual Approach
All are welcome. You do not need to be an EAA member or instrument rated pilot to attend. Bring your EFB, your experience, and your questions, and be ready to participate.
We will also be discussing how you can earn WINGS Credit to increase Phased Pilot participation in the program.

This webinar is hosted by EAA Chapter 663 based at Livermore, CA, in partnership with the FAASTeam. Nandu Sankaran is an Instrument rated Commercial-ASEL pilot and a chapter member. He is also an FAASTeam Representative with the Oakland FSDO. Brian Eliot is a CFI-I, MEI, ATP based in Southern California. He was previously a full-time instructor in the San Francisco Bay Area and has been flying since 1995.
