Brief Description:
This event is another of an annual series of instruction and discussion of topics related to hot air balloon operations. Topics will include presentations on accidents, weather, pilot decision making, airspace, and such. It will be a mix of formatted presentations, workshops and open discussion. It is scheduled for a minimum of 6 hours of programmed classroom time.
