Brief Description:

This session will be an interactive facilitated group discussion on Aviation Human Factors and Aeronautical Decision Making.  Since the format is not a presentation by a speaker, learning will depend on participation by all attendees who can share their experience, observations, and opinions on a variety of topics.  The facilitator will guide the direction of the discussion following a basic outline with open ended questions for us all to discuss.
