Kurt Kleiner
Brief Description:

As we go through this presentation, I would like us to consider that, perhaps we can
learn something from High Reliability Organizations as GA pilots, and adopt some of
their philosophies in our own flying. In addition to continuously learning and planning
for worse-case emergencies, CRM is one their core values and practices which is one
of the main reasons they have so few catastrophic events.
