Join us for A VIRTUAL cup of coffee, a donut, and a LIVE WEBINAR as Steve talks with us about human factors for aviation maintenance professionals. He will educate us first in the essentials of maintenance human factors. Next, he will talk about what a Safety Management System (SMS) is and how to develop and implement one for aviation maintainers. Finally we will discuss a related case study.
