This FREE 2-day seminar normally has an associated cost, but it is FREE for AirVenture. You must pay a nominal admission fee to enter AirVenture 2025.
This 2-day seminar begins Thursday, July 24, 2025, starting at 9:00AM Central Daylight Time and runs through 3PM. Day Two begins Friday, July 25th, 2025 starting at 10AM Central Daylight Time through 4PM or earlier as required to ensure everyone gets flight time on the simulators.
Free Lunch will be provided each day for attendees.
Right Seat Ready is a comprehensive hands-on safety course that provides personalized education on aircraft systems, dynamics of flight, emergency procedures, emotional response, and much more. Utilizing Redbird simulators, students learn to safely take control of a single engine airplane, including landing.

Directions to Venue:
The EAA Pilot Proficiency Center is located on the southernmost corner of the EAA Aviation Museum building. The EAA Aviation Museum is on the east side of Interstate 41 about ½ mile south of the intersection of I-41 and Wisconsin State Highway 44. Look for signs directing you to EAA if coming from I-41 or WI-44.
Note that this event is happening during the EAA AirVenture 2025 event which draws thousands of attendees each day. You will likely have to pay for parking, and overnight accommodations could be challenging to find.
