Brief Description:
14 CFR PART 5 became effective on May 28, 2024. It made SMS a requirement for a select group of General Aviation Operators. You will probably want to know if you are on the list. Are you an air tour operator, Part 121 Air Carrier, Part 135 operator or aircraft manufacturer? If you are, then you will need an SMS by May 28, 2027.
