The hard truth to aviation is it is very unforgiving to mistakes.  You know the acronyms PAVE.  You know the acronym IMSAFE(R).  But do you really apply them?  Human factors often impair our judgment.  Review sobering accidents, incidents and occurrences with Pilotsmiths' Cirrus Training Instructor Ryan Miller.
