Due to the increase in Pilot Deviations nationwide amounting to 1757 in FY 2024 we are holding a pilot/controller seminar to increase your awareness through outreach education brought to you via FAASteam Program Manager and your local Air Traffic Control.
Nick and Jurg will discuss:
Pilot Deviations at the airport are really a big deal such as the potential for a Collision on the runaway or a midair.
Pilot Deviations in the air, pilots loss of situational awareness causing them to fly into Class B, C, D or restricted airspace only to find out via FAA Investigation.
We will cover radio phraseology, techniques, copy and readback clearances and instructions. We will talk about miscommunications but most importantly we will answer your questions.
